Common questions
How do I contact Kufu support?
Email akos@tallpoppystudio.com. Kufu is made by one developer, Akos Komuves at Tall Poppy Studio, and he reads every email. If something is broken, include your iPhone model, iOS version and the Kufu version shown in the app's Settings.
How do I cancel Kufu Pro?
On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions → Kufu → Cancel Subscription. Apple handles all billing, so cancellations and refund requests go through Apple. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I restore my purchase on a new iPhone?
Sign in with the same Apple ID, open Kufu and tap Restore Purchases, either on the Pro screen or in Kufu's Settings.
Where is my training data, and how do I move it to a new phone?
Your data lives on your iPhone and, if iCloud is turned on for Kufu, in your own iCloud account. There is no Kufu account. With iCloud on, a new iPhone signed in to the same Apple ID picks your data up.
The Apple Watch app is not showing my workout. What should I check?
Make sure Kufu is installed on the Watch (Watch app on the iPhone → Available Apps), both devices run the latest Kufu version, and Bluetooth is on. A workout started on either device should appear on the other.
Is there an Android version?
No. Kufu is for iPhone and Apple Watch, and it also runs on iPad.
