Which skill next?
Five questions match you to the calisthenics skill you're ready to start, using the entry tests of Kufu's seven skill trees. You get the tree, the step to start on and the challenge that passes it.
How it decides
Three of Kufu's trees start with an entry gate: the muscle-up needs 10 strict pull-ups and 8 bar dips, the front lever needs 15 pull-ups, and the back lever needs 10 pull-ups and good shoulder mobility. The press to handstand opens after a 60-second freestanding handstand and a 15-second full L-sit. The handstand, L-sit and cartwheel to aerial trees have no gate.
The quiz picks the tree that fits what appeals to you among the ones you can start today, and tells you what stands between you and the others. It's a starting point, not a test: in the app, a step opens only when you pass its challenge.
